We welcome Wholesale orders of all sizes. However, we feel our customers should benefit
from reduced costs associated with larger orders. The following schedule lists the
minimum order sizes and the appropriate discounts figured on discounted items only:

RETURN POLICY:
To receive credit or refund for a return, preapproval of the item(s) is required:

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS: 
All items must be reported to O'gosh Buttons within 2 working days of receipt of delivery. Insurance is extra, optional, and recommended (seller not responsible for lost/misdirected or damaged items). If item is insured it is your responsibility to contact the post office. No reimbursement for the cost of lost or damaged items caused by the United States Post office.

OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
Orders processed thru Visa/MasterCard allows for faster service and shipping.
There is a $15.00 minimum order for shipping outside the USA.  We will try to hold your
cost down and charge actual shipping by Postal Service for shipping.
Please allow plenty of time for shipping. If international customers chose not to purchase insurance (seller not responsible for lost/misdirected or damaged items)

All Prices May Change Without Notice. We guarantee every new Czech button you buy from O'gosh Buttons to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. If you're not satisfied with any new button purchased from O'gosh Buttons, return it within 5 days and I'll either exchange it, replace it, or refund your money. I do my very best to offer you the most competitive price and the best selection on all my new buttons. However, I cannot control certain factors. As a result, prices may vary slightly depending on the fluctuations in International freight costs, materials, and customs duties at the time you place your order.
